With a gentle spring breeze and warm sunshine caressing our faces, we joyfully celebrated International Women’s Day. To enrich the cultural lives of our female employees, allow them to experience the charm of art, and showcase their elegance, Antai Chuangming organized a “Paint Your Beauty” digital oil painting DIY activity on the afternoon of March 8. The company’s female employees actively participated in this digital oil painting experience.
Before the event began, the host first introduced the creative process behind digital oil painting to the audience. Digital oil painting—also known as digital coloring or coded oil painting—is a hand-painted product created through a special process that breaks down a painting into lines and numerical symbols; the artist simply fills in the numbered coloring areas with the corresponding numbered paints to complete the artwork. Invented in the United States in the 1950s, digital oil painting is a painting technique that combines education with entertainment and is simple and easy to learn.
Even with no prior experience, you can paint your very own oil painting. By simply coloring in the numbered sections, you can complete an oil painting, making an art form that traditionally requires extensive training much simpler and more fun. As soon as they received their numbered oil paintings, everyone couldn’t wait to start creating. With great enthusiasm, they picked up their brushes and painted freely, immersing themselves in the creative process. “Your painting is so beautiful.” “You’re such a great painter!” “ “You finished so fast!” “I accidentally used the wrong color.”... At the event, everyone chatted while painting, discussing color mixing, composition, and application, and admiring each other’s work. In this relaxed and joyful atmosphere, they let their minds unwind, experienced the joy of artistic creation, and fully demonstrated the Chuangming female employees’ love for life and positive, upward-looking spirit.
After more than three hours of creative work, everyone’s pieces were mostly complete. Among them were vibrant red tulips, mysterious and elegant white roses, and incredibly cute cartoon characters—the variety was truly endless! Once their creations were finished, everyone held their pieces aloft with proud smiles and posed for a group photo to capture this wonderful moment.
This themed event not only allowed female employees to relax and unwind from their busy work schedules and enjoy the happiness brought by cultural activities, but it also deepened the friendships among them and strengthened team cohesion.
